Our commitment to sustainability runs through all of our business practices and policies. Workplace gender equality
Across Allianz Partners entities worldwide, the EDGE (Economic Dividends for Gender Equality) certification process was first launched for our insurance business segment in 2021. By 2025, 83% of our certified entities had achieved the advanced EDGE Move level, as evidenced by EDGE assessment results at those entities, including indicators related to pay equity and promotion opportunities.
