Charu Kaushal is the Chief Executive Officer of Allianz Partners India. She joined Allianz Partners in May 2014 as the Chief Sales Officer and has played a crucial role in charting out an outstanding growth trajectory in India. 

With over 10 years of dedicated service to Allianz Partners India, Charu is a seasoned business leader with a rich background in Banking and Financial Services, Insurance and Retail. Over the course of two decades of professional experience, she has demonstrated exceptional leadership in roles with P&L accountability for over a decade.

Prior to joining Allianz Partners, she worked at Citigroup for close to a decade specializing in consumer finance and retail lending. During her time there, she served as the Business Head for personal loans, managing a robust network of 450 strong branches. Her professional journey also includes stints at Perfetti, Arvind Mills, and Netambit. She is a graduate in Economics from Lady Shriram College, Delhi University and holds an MBA from IMT, Ghaziabad.

Himanshu is the Sales Director at Allianz Partners India, heading the Automotive Assistance Business, with over 14 years of dedicated service to the company. With a comprehensive background spanning 24 years in the domains of NBFC and Banking, his experience brings invaluable depth to his current role. He is a leader deeply passionate about automobiles & epitomizes a visionary driving force at the company.

Through collaborative efforts at Allianz Partners, he has ensured that our Assistance program remains at the forefront of industry standards, providing unparalleled support & enhancing the customer excellence. His leadership is anchored in driving innovation, operational efficiency, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Prior to joining Allianz Partners India, Himanshu honed his skills and leadership capabilities during a decade-long tenure at CitiGroup, where he served as the Investment Head & has managed portfolios across Assets and Liabilities. Himanshu is a proud alumnus of Symbiosis Pune, where he earned his MBA, laying the foundation for his exceptional career journey. 

Mohit brings over 25 years of extensive experience in leading large cross-functional teams across diverse industries and geographies. With an MBA and a Six Sigma Black Belt certification, he has honed his skills in strategic management and organizational transformation.

Drawing from his solid background in client management, contract negotiation, business development and operations, Mohit has cultivated strong relationships and gained experience across various sectors including Financial Services, Healthcare, Utilities, Telecom, and Government. He has dedicated considerable time to working and managing client relationships across Europe. Notably, Mohit has spearheaded the establishment and management of a Global Robotics Center of Excellence, showcasing his innovative approach to leveraging emerging technologies.

His strategic vision, effffective communication, and collaborative leadership style with a focus on people make him an invaluable asset in driving organizational growth and success.

Vanitha comes with a wealth of reputable HR experience spanning the gamut of Human Resources. She is passionate about igniting the ‘Human’ value in HR across all people practices and is a champion for creating inclusive and equitable opportunities for employees. Throughout her career, she has spearheaded organizational transformation projects, new team acquisitions, business scale-up, operational excellence and implemented people-centric organizational policies.

Vanitha is an Engineering graduate and holds a Master’s degree in HR. She has travelled and worked across multiple cities across the country and brings in a unique appreciation of the cultural and multigenerational diversity of the Indian workforce.
