A Cause Close to My Heart

Sirma Boshnakova, Member of the Board of Management of Allianz SE, Insurance Western & Southern Europe, Allianz Direct and Allianz Partners, shares her personal message about the Power of Unity.

From a young age, my parents taught me the value of diversity and of embracing the different perspectives which people from varying cultures, opinions and backgrounds bring to the table. Unity has been a guiding force, helping bridge divides and enable diverse teams to achieve remarkable things. In our polarized world, its importance is greater than ever.

This is why I'm honored to be part of Allianz's Power of Unity campaign. It's more than a campaign - it's a call to action. So start with those around you—friends, family, community—and inspire optimism for the future. Be strong and embody the unity we need.
