Finanzvorstand Klaus Berge setzt Erfolgskurs im Vorstand der Allianz Versicherungs-AG fort

Klaus Berge setzt seine erfolgreiche Tätigkeit als Finanzvorstand (CFO) der Allianz Versicherungs-AG fort. Seit dem 1. Januar 2025 leitet er das Finanzressort der Allianz Versicherungs-AG (AZ Vers) interimsweise neben seiner Rolle als CFO der Allianz Privaten Krankenversicherungs-AG (APKV). Seine Funktion bei der APKV gibt er zum 1. November 2025 an Markus von Freyberg ab, der neuer CFO der APKV wird.

Klaus Berge verfügt durch seine weitreichenden Management-Erfahrungen in den Finanzbereichen verschiedener Allianz Einheiten über ein tiefes Finanzwissen und hat bedeutende Erfolge erzielt: Der promovierte Betriebswirt verantwortet das Finanzressort der APKV seit 2020, seit Anfang 2025 zusätzlich das der AZ Vers. Als CFO der APKV hat er erfolgreich das neue Rechnungslegungsregime IFRS 9/17 eingeführt, die Finanzorganisation der APKV im Rahmen der Neuaufstellung der Allianz Deutschland umgebaut und wesentliche Verbesserungen des internen Modells der APKV vorangetrieben. Zuvor war er seit 2018 CFO der Allianz Re. Bei der Allianz SE arbeitete er ab 2013 als Senior Manager Financial Services & Corporate Segment bei Group Planning & Controlling, davor ab 2010 im Büro des Vorstandsvorsitzenden der Allianz Gruppe. 2009/2010 war er für ein Jahr als Financial Director bei der Allianz Life in den USA tätig.

Markus von Freyberg ist ein international erfahrener Manager und bringt sowohl ein fundiertes Finanzwissen als auch langjährige Erfahrung im Bereich der Krankenversicherung und der Leitung digitaler Transformationsprozesse mit. Er begann seine Karriere bei der Allianz 2013 und hatte verschiedene Führungspositionen inne. Zuletzt war Markus von Freyberg seit 2024 als Head of Health Transformation im Büro der Allianz SE in Singapur tätig, wo er das Krankenversicherungsgeschäft im asiatischen Raum erfolgreich strategisch weiterentwickelte. Zuvor leitete er bei der APKV ab 2020 den Bereich Finanzen und ab 2022 das Controlling. In dieser Funktion brachte er die Modernisierung und Digitalisierung der Finanzprozesse maßgeblich voran. Von 2019 bis 2020 war der Mathematiker als Global Head of Finance Excellence bei Allianz Partners beschäftigt, parallel dazu verantwortete er seit 2017 den Bereich Planning & Controlling bei Allianz Automotive in München. Ab 2015 arbeitete er im Büro des Group CFO der Allianz SE, zuvor ab 2013 im Büro des regionalen CFO der Allianz SE Niederlassung in Singapur.

Die Aufsichtsräte der Allianz Versicherungs-AG und der Allianz Private Krankenversicherungs-AG haben heute die entsprechenden Beschlüsse gefasst.
