Announcement of Transfer of Rights and Obligations concerning Portfolio Transfer between Allianz Risk Transfer AG and Allianz Global Corporate & Specialty SE

Allianz Risk Transfer AG, established in Im alten Riet 102, 9494 Schaan, Liechtenstein (the “Transferor”), hereby informs interested parties that it has transferred its rights and obligations under or pursuant to non-life insurance contracts with the consent of the Financial Market Authority of Liechtenstein (FMA), granted on 25 February 2026, to Allianz Global Corporate & Specialty SE, an insurance company incorporated in Germany and whose registered office is at Koeniginstraße 28, 80802 Munich, operating in freedom of establishment through its Belgian Branch located at Uitbreidingstraat 86, 2600 Berchem, Belgium (“Transferee”).

The transfer relates to non-life insurance contracts that belong or belonged to the direct non-life insurance business conducted by Allianz Risk Transfer AG.

The transfer has taken effect for all interested parties on 28 February 2026. Policyholders shall be informed by the Transferee about the transfer.
